Contractor must be in business at least 3 years.
Projects longer than 24 months are not eligible for the program.

- Fire/water restoration
- Activities related to natural gas exploration involving hydraulic fracturing
- Mining
- Nuclear
- Landfill Liners
- Residential Single Family
- Wood Frame or Joisted Masonry Condominiums, Apartments or Retirement homes
- Residential drywall project in Gulf Coast States
- Chemical spraying
- More than 20% abatement, demolition, drilling, environmental remediation, EIFS ,tanks, window installation
- Any previous pollution losses, no application for pollution coverage declined in the past, no past pollution policy cancelled and no past pollution policy renewal refused
This is a risk purchasing group.
There is NO SHARING of limits and the limit will apply separately to each certificate.
Coverage is issued on Admitted Paper by Greenwich Insurance Company (part of XL Group Ltd) rated A XV by A.M. Best Co.
