1. Producers need to complete and submit the "Producer’s Application" in order to place business through 123ocp.com.  An email with Log On ID and password is then sent to the producer.
2. Producers can then access either the OCP or Railroad Protective Liability Insurance Applications by logging on and clicking on the appropriate buttons displayed on the Home page.
3. Once the application is complete the producer will click the submit button to send the application for underwriting and quotation.
4. Responses/Quotes will appear online for eligible risks.
5. Producer can either bind at that point, or log back on at a later date to either edit and requote application, or bind.
   
   
   • Premium Payment is due immediately upon receipt of Binder/Invoice.
6. To manage your submissions, you can log in and select one of the options on the administrative main menu. From there you can modify your submissions, bind quotations, and follow up on pending submissions.
